Lexicon Inc., Little Rock, Ark., has promoted Angela Mitchell to director of production control and material management and Chadd Harper to director of production scheduling and programming, both within the Prospect Steel division.
Mitchell brings deep expertise in material planning, purchasing, CNC programming, and production control. She began her career as a structural steel detailer before joining Prospect Steel in 2004, steadily advancing through roles of increasing responsibility. In 2016, she was promoted to production control manager.
Harper, who joined Lexicon in 1999, has held a variety of leadership roles across the organization. He began in quality control before moving into production control management. After 17 years in production leadership, Harper transitioned to the Custom Metals division, where he has spent the past decade as an estimator, material manager, purchaser and project manager.
