Golf Course Construction Management

In additional to providing services as a golf course General Contractor, Heritage Links also offers services as a Construction Manager, as well as various other contract delivery methods. We can effectively manage all phases of construction including pre-construction planning and project management. Pre-construction planning services include the development of bid and tender documents, administration of project bids and award of contracts, contract negotiating, project budgeting, and schedule analysis. Project management services include budget and schedule oversight, subcontractor management, quality control and assurance, and the procurement of materials, among others. We have extensive experience in Construction Manager (CM), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and Design-Build (DB) contract delivery methods.
