Little Rock, Ark.-based Lexicon Inc. has appointed Roslyn Wyman, M.Ed., to the newly created position of director of training and development. She has more than 28 years of experience in global training and development, talent coaching, and organizational performance.
Wyman previously served as global director of training for the pet care division at Mars, global customer experience training manager at Les Mills Intl., and international education consultant for National Geographic.
Lexicon’s services include construction management, steel fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and bridge projects.
