Lexicon Inc., based in Little Rock, Ark., has promoted Brandy Thomas to director of HR shared services.
She has more than 18 years of experience in human resources, including nearly a decade leading HR and total rewards management at Vestcom before joining Lexicon as a benefits and compensation manager. She holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
The Lexicon family of companies provides construction management, steel fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and bridge projects.
