Lexicon Promotes William Roach, Jr. and Steve Henderson to Directors of Site Operations within Industrial Maintenance Division

New leadership structure strengthens regional oversight and reinforces company’s commitment to operational excellence

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Sept. 3, 2025) – Lexicon, Inc. has announced the promotions of two seasoned leaders — William Roach, Jr. and Steve Henderson — to newly created roles as directors of site operations for its Industrial Maintenance (LIM) Division.

This strategic reorganization is designed to enhance operational performance and support the company’s expanding footprint across the U.S. by shifting from a centralized reporting model to a regional leadership structure. Under this framework, Roach and Henderson will manage the performance of their respective maintenance sites and collaborate at LIM facilities across the country.

“These changes reflect the strength of our team and the growth trajectory of our industrial maintenance business,” said John Metzger, vice president of LIM at Lexicon. “William and Steve have consistently demonstrated the kind of leadership, accountability and technical expertise that defines Lexicon. We are proud to recognize their contributions and are excited for the future of our division under their guidance.”

As director of site operations for the Southern and Eastern regions, Roach will oversee sites in Berkeley, S.C; Ahoskie, N.C.; Decatur, Ala.; Brandenburg, Ky; and Sinton, Texas. A U.S. Navy veteran with more than 36 years in the steel industry, Roach joined Lexicon in 2014 as an industrial maintenance manager. He has played a central role in developing the company’s training programs through Lexicon University as both an administator and an instructor.

Henderson, who will lead sites in Pittsboro, Butler and Crawfordsville, Ind.; and Blytheville, Osceola and Hickman, Ark., has extensive experience in managing complex schedules and large-scale maintenance projects, supported by a strong track record in operational efficiency and team coordination.

The promotions reflect Lexicon’s commitment to investing in internal leadership as the company continues to grow its national presence in steel fabrication, mechanical installation and plant maintenance.

“This is more than a title change — it’s a blueprint for how we support our teams in the field and ensure our clients receive the highest level of service, safety and reliability,” Metzger added.
