DAY AT WORK
Every day is something new and exciting at Lexicon. I oversee the day-to-day IT operations that support our employees, while also leading strategic technology, infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives. It’s also important to me that I support and empower my team, helping them deliver technology solutions that enable employee efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the business.
BEGINNING INTERESTS
My education is in both information systems and accounting. This educational foundation provided me with a unique perspective on how technology can be leveraged to improve business operations and drive organizational efficiency. The intersection of technology and business strategy ultimately led me to a career where I can help organizations solve complex challenges and enable growth through innovation.
CAREER EVOLUTION
I began my career in accounting. That expertise, along with my education, provided opportunities to transition into technology and system integration projects. I discovered my passion for IT, which ultimately led me to technology leadership at Lexicon.

I love my Lexicon team! I am fortunate to lead a talented group of IT professionals whose expertise and dedication make a meaningful impact on the organization every day. I also love the constantly evolving nature of technology. The IT field pushes you to keep learning, growing and innovating.
