Lexicon, Inc. and Mills University Studies High School celebrated the ribbon cutting for the new Lexicon Academy of Advanced Manufacturing and Construction on May 7. This workforce development initiative is part of a growing push to integrate real-world welding and construction curriculum and hands-on training into Arkansas high schools. Students in the program will graduate with OSHA 10 certification and hands-on job skills.
