Seasoned human relations professional takes on expanded leadership role

 

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (April 3, 2025) – Lexicon, Inc. has announced the promotion of Brandy Thomas to director of HR Shared Services. In this role, Thomas will continue to support the company’s compensation and benefits programs while taking on expanded responsibilities in employee communications and HR technologies.

As part of Lexicon’s Human Resources Leadership Team, Thomas will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy to enhance the organization’s talent attraction and retention. Additionally, she will oversee the optimization of HR software solutions and lead employee communication initiatives aimed at improving engagement and awareness of company policies, benefits and corporate news.

Thomas brings more than 18 years of experience in human resources, including nearly a decade leading HR and total rewards management at Vestcom before joining Lexicon as a benefits and compensation manager. She holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
