Lexicon, Inc. Announces Promotion of Tony Wallace and Hiring of Justin Fraser
New directors will oversee quality and assurance for multiple Lexicon divisions
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (May 13, 2025) – Lexicon, Inc. has announced the promotion of Tony Wallace and the addition of Justin Fraser to the company’s quality leadership team.
Tony Wallace, a dedicated member of the Lexicon team with more than 37 years of experience in steel welding, fabrication and erection, has been promoted to quality director. In this role, Wallace will oversee quality control and assurance programs across the Lexicon Industrial Construction, Lexicon Industrial Maintenance and Lexicon Construction Management divisions. Wallace’s deep knowledge of the company, coupled with his technical expertise, has been instrumental in maintaining Lexicon’s industry-leading reputation for high-quality and excellence in steel construction and maintenance.

Wallace is an American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector and Certified Welding Educator and holds an ASNT-ACCP Level II certificate.
Lexicon also welcomed Justin Fraser as a quality director, overseeing the Fabrication Group and the Lexicon Energy Services division. Fraser brings more than 10 years of progressive leadership experience in quality assurance and compliance, having worked in quality management roles within the construction and oil industries. His expertise in implementing and maintaining rigorous quality standards will help strengthen Lexicon’s quality initiatives across its operations.

Before joining Lexicon, Fraser served as corporate director of quality at Alberici Constructors in St. Louis. He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in engineering management, as well as a graduate certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
