Completed in 2019, this 2.4 million square foot e-commerce sortation facility in Tucson, Arizona utilized approximately 11,300 tons of structural steel. The project represented Prospect Steel’s first use of a fully panelized mezzanine installation approach, replacing traditional stick-built methods. Prospect Steel provided structural steel fabrication and erection, along with pre-construction services, engineering, and BIM coordination.
