Nucor Berkeley Turret Bearing Replacement

Lexicon Industrial Maintenance provided emergency outage support for the replacement of a critical turret bearing at Nucor’s Berkeley mill. Following an unexpected equipment issue, LIM mobilized for a six-day emergency outage, working continuously around the clock to complete the replacement and help restore mill operations as quickly as possible. Crews worked 12 consecutive days and nights to safely execute the project and minimize production downtime.
