This work included extensive tree clearing, expansion of fairways, enhancement of creeks and waterways, the complete re-building of all greens, bunkers, and tees, a new irrigation system, improved practice areas, and state of the art hydronics heating/cooling systems under the green surfaces to regulate soil temperatures. Through this process, the property was diligently restored to its previous Golden Age grandeur, while at the same time adapting the layout to contemporary expectations for playability and agronomics.
