The Fabricator // Lexicon Appoints Directors of Site Operations

Lexicon Inc., Little Rock, Ark., has promoted William Roach Jr. and Steve Henderson to the newly created roles of directors of site operations for its Industrial Maintenance division.

As director of site operations for the southern and eastern regions, Roach oversees sites in Berkeley, S.C; Ahoskie, N.C.; Decatur, Ala.; Brandenburg, Ky; and Sinton, Texas. A U.S. Navy veteran with more than 36 years in the steel industry, he joined the company in 2014 as an industrial maintenance manager.

Henderson will lead sites in Pittsboro, Butler, and Crawfordsville, Ind.; and Blytheville, Osceola, and Hickman, Ark. He has extensive experience in managing complex schedules and large-scale maintenance projects.
