As director of training and development at Lexicon, I lead Lexicon University, our enterprise-wide learning built to strengthen workforce capability across steel fabrication, leadership and construction. My career evolved from interdisciplinary education into designing structured learning departments for mid- and large-sized organizations that support operational excellence and long-term career growth across Lexicon’s skilled trades and leadership teams.
