The Hybar Micro Mill in Osceola is one of the most technically advanced steel mini-mills built in North America. Construction began in 2023, with Lexicon serving as the construction manager for the project and coordinating the mill, renewable energy, and related infrastructure. The facility produced its first rebar in just 22 months after groundbreaking - an aggressive schedule for a greenfield steel project.
