NGOES Manufacturing Facility
Lexicon Construction Management (LCM) provided comprehensive construction management for a greenfield non-grain-oriented electrical steel (NGOES) manufacturing facility, overseeing the project from engineering and site development through construction, procurement, and commissioning. LCM managed foundations, structural steel, building systems, process piping, electrical systems, site improvements, and BOP utilities, including power distribution, water treatment, compressed air, and boilers. LCM also oversaw installation of the annealing/coating line, annealing/pickling line, and reversing cold mill. The project peaked at approximately 1,000 craft personnel, including 500 Lexicon personnel.
